1. Who we are
This website is operated by Global Link Enterprises, a Partnership firm (GSTIN 07ABCFG4458M1Z1), trading as "BeWeirdo" ("we", "us"). Registered address: House No. C-129, Second Floor, Main Road, New Friends Colony, New Delhi, South East Delhi, Delhi – 110025.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or accessing under the supervision of a parent/guardian) to place an order. By ordering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate.
3. Products, pricing & availability
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We try to display colours and prints accurately, but actual appearance may vary slightly by screen. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
4. Orders, payment & cancellations
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it (e.g. stock, suspected fraud, or delivery constraints). Prepaid payments are processed via our payment partner; COD is available on eligible pincodes with a ₹49 convenience fee.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed or shipped. Please review your items, size, and address before completing checkout.
5. Shipping, returns & refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns are accepted only for damaged or wrong items reported within 48 hours of delivery, and approved cases receive a replacement — see our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
All brand names, logos, designs, prints, graphics, and content on this site are the property of BeWeirdo and protected by law. You may not reproduce, resell, or use them without written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — no fraud, scraping, disruption, or attempts to breach security. We may suspend access for violations.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BeWeirdo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.
